Thank you for re-electing me as your Member of Parliament. It has been a great honour and privilege to represent our constituency and to serve my constituents for the past six years and I will continue to work for the people of Mid Dorset and North Poole and for even better public services in our community.

Christmas Card Competition

Each year since her election Annette has run a Christmas card competition for children in local schools. The response was excellent this year and the standard very high, with entries from 12 schools right across the constituency.

Bus Services resumed
Wed 10th Dec 2008
After a meeting with the Regional Traffic Commissioner bus operator Wilts & Dorset has climbed down and will resume the 3/3A service between Merley and Wimborne.

MP's anger at bus route changes.
Mon 24th Nov 2008
Since the re-opening of the Canford Bridge Wilts and Dorset have refused to lay on a bus service between Wimborne and Merley. This has left Merley residents without a direct link to WImborne.
